Jaw-dropping views to Lake Windermere and the central fells!
Harrison Stickle is named after one of the Langdale Pikes, and you can see these iconic mountains directly from your windows, balcony and garden when you stay with us here. Quiet luxury for two couples close to the heart of bustling Bowness!
The stylish open plan living area is perfectly suited to the situation of Harrison Stickle, perched so charmingly above the lake, with outstanding panoramic views. The large french windows bathe this first-floor haven in natural light, and you will love luxuriating on the sofas and soft throws. This is a wonderfully sociable and rejuvenating space, ideally tailored to a Lakelovers holiday. Vintage style blends beautifully with contemporary fixtures and fittings here, and the sense of space and light is as refreshing as the outlook.
The eclectic and soothing style extends downstairs to the supremely comfortable bedrooms and luxurious bathroom facilities. With the benefit of a beautifully laid out mature kitchen garden to help you enjoy the fine weather, and cosy open fire inside for colder days, will find yourselves perfectly relaxed throughout your stay. And there is unlimited Wi-fi access, and an interesting selection of reading books and DVD's to help you while away a lazy day!
It goes without saying that the walking and mountain biking is superb in this area, and there are plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs. The owners have thoughtfully provided a picnic basket to encourage your expeditions! Harrison Stickle is also just a short stroll from bustling Bowness-on-Windermere, where you can find eateries a-plenty, coffee houses, cinema, theatre, a recreation ground, and many cultural attractions, including the famous Beatrix Potter Exhibition.
