There are also plenty of stores and delicatessens where you can stock up for a day on the hills, and the walking in the North Lakes is simply sublime. Cat Bells is close by, rising sinuously above the serene shores of Derwentwater, while Blencathra, the Saddleback, dominates the skyline to the north. You are at the mouth of the entrancing Borrowdale valley here, and the central and southern Lakes are but a short car journey away.

Dining-room: To the rear of the property the large dining room, with living flame gas fire, is the ideal place to gather over dinner at the large dining table that overlooks the garden and patio.
Kitchen: To the side of the property there is a fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen complete with gas hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine, making it the ideal place to cook up everything from a traditional Lakeland breakfast of a celebration dinner with friends.
The stairs from the hallway leads to the landing and to two spacious and well-furnished bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: A king-size bedroom with a luxurious en-suite shower-room and Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: A fine double room, again with stylish en-suite and Smart TV.
