Sprawl carelessly in the bright living room or walk straight out onto the sun terrace where you can enjoy a glass of chilled wine and plan your adventures. And you can take your meals outside on the lovely patio furniture, too, or in the well-equipped kitchen or the stylish formal dining area in the lounge.
The location of Hunters Moon makes for a full and enchanting holiday. Windermere village is just a short stroll away, and you can even follow a nearby path across fields to the lake shore itself. Take a cruise on Lake Windermere from Bowness, or visit the climber's mecca of Ambleside a few miles to the north. Wherever you go there is so much to do and the walking opportunities are really without limit.
The woodlands and gardens that surround the property give a true feeling of tranquility to your stay, and deers and other wildlife are regular visitors to the stillness. The very spacious ground floor accommodation forms one self-contained wing of a large property.
Entrance: Enter the property straight into the kitchen via a few steps down from the double length carport.
Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with ample space to dine and enjoy the garden through full-length windows.
Living/Dining-room: A hallway leads to a magnificent lounge with exposed slate wall, feature fireplace and formal dining area. Four patio windows, showcasing the stunning outlook, open onto a terrace perfect for al-fresco drinks.
Bedroom 1: The fabulous en-suite master bedroom, overlooking the garden through wide patio windows.
Bedroom 2: A superb double bedroom at the opposite end of the property from the master, overlooking the woodland.
