Glass and slate porch and marble tiled entrance hall. Upstairs to the living area with vaulted wooden beams and a wall of glass overlooking Lake Windermere. Comfortable furnishings, woodburning stove, mood lighting and large wall-mounted LCD TV. Separate dining area, served by a designer kitchen on the middle level, cloakroom and 5th WC. There are 2 bedroom suites on the middle level, and two on the lower level. Each boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom and private balcony or patio. Spacious sauna on the lower level.
On the northern shores of Lake Windermere, England's largest lake, Ambleside village is known locally as the 'gem in Lakeland's crown'. A popular base for walking in the Lake District, Ambleside is also simply a delightful place to while away a holiday.
